ডেলিভারি নীতিমালা (Delivery Policy)

Hearing Aids bd – গ্রাহকদের জন্য একটি স্বচ্ছ, নির্ভরযোগ্য ও পেশাদার ডেলিভারি সেবা নিশ্চিত করতে প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ। আমাদের পণ্য ও সেবার ধরন অনুযায়ী নিচে ডেলিভারি নীতিমালা বিস্তারিতভাবে তুলে ধরা হলো। অনুগ্রহ করে অর্ডার করার পূর্বে নীতিমালাটি মনোযোগ সহকারে পড়ুন।

১. ডেলিভারি এলাকা

• Hearing Aids bd – বাংলাদেশের সকল জেলায় পণ্য ডেলিভারি করে।
  • কিছু নির্দিষ্ট বা দূরবর্তী এলাকায় ডেলিভারি সময় সামান্য বেশি লাগতে পারে।

২. ডেলিভারি চার্জ

• ঢাকা শহরের ভেতরে: নির্ধারিত ডেলিভারি চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে (অর্ডার কনফার্মেশনের সময় জানানো হবে)।
  • ঢাকার বাইরে: দূরত্ব, পণ্যের ওজন ও কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস অনুযায়ী ডেলিভারি চার্জ নির্ধারিত হবে।
  • বিশেষ ক্যাম্পেইন বা অফারের সময় ডেলিভারি চার্জ সম্পূর্ণ বা আংশিক ফ্রি হতে পারে।

৩. ডেলিভারি সময়সীমা

• ঢাকা শহরের ভেতরে: সাধারণত ৫ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন হয়।
  • ঢাকার বাইরে: সাধারণত ১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন হয়।
  • সরকারি ছুটি, প্রাকৃতিক দুর্যোগ, রাজনৈতিক অস্থিরতা বা অনিবার্য কারণে ডেলিভারিতে বিলম্ব হতে পারে।

৪. অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়াকরণ

• দুপুর ১২:০০ টার আগে প্রাপ্ত অর্ডার একই কার্যদিবসে প্রক্রিয়াকরণ করা হয়।
  • দুপুর ১২:০০ টার পর প্রাপ্ত অর্ডার পরবর্তী কার্যদিবসে প্রক্রিয়াকরণ করা হয়।
  • শুক্রবার ও সরকারি ছুটির দিনে অর্ডার প্রক্রিয়াকরণ বন্ধ থাকে।

৫. অর্ডার ট্র্যাকিং

• অর্ডার ডিসপ্যাচ হওয়ার পর গ্রাহক SMS / WhatsApp / ইমেইলের মাধ্যমে ডেলিভারি তথ্য ও ট্র্যাকিং আপডেট পেতে পারেন।
  • প্রয়োজনে আমাদের কাস্টমার সাপোর্টের সাথে যোগাযোগ করে অর্ডারের অবস্থা জানা যাবে।

৬. আংশিক ডেলিভারি (Partial Delivery)

• যদি একটি অর্ডারে একাধিক পণ্য থাকে (যেমন: হিয়ারিং এইড, এক্সেসরিজ, বা কাস্টমাইজড পণ্য), তাহলে প্রয়োজনে পণ্য আলাদা আলাদা সময়ে ডেলিভারি হতে পারে।
  • কাস্টমাইজড বা বিশেষ অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে অতিরিক্ত সময় লাগতে পারে।

৭. ডেলিভারির সময় পণ্য যাচাই

• পণ্য গ্রহণের সময় অনুগ্রহ করে প্যাকেট ও পণ্য ভালোভাবে পরীক্ষা করুন।
  • কোনো পণ্য ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত, ভাঙা বা ভুল পাওয়া গেলে ডেলিভারি কর্মীকে তাৎক্ষণিক জানান অথবা সর্বোচ্চ ২৪ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমাদের কাস্টমার সাপোর্টে যোগাযোগ করুন।

৮. ডেলিভারি ব্যর্থতা

• গ্রাহকের সাথে যোগাযোগ না হওয়া, ভুল ঠিকানা বা গ্রাহক অনুপস্থিত থাকার কারণে ডেলিভারি ব্যর্থ হলে পণ্য আমাদের অফিস/গুদামে ফেরত আসতে পারে।
  • সেক্ষেত্রে পুনরায় ডেলিভারির জন্য অতিরিক্ত চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।

৯. ঠিকানা পরিবর্তন

• অর্ডার ডিসপ্যাচ হওয়ার পূর্বে ডেলিভারি ঠিকানা পরিবর্তনের অনুরোধ জানাতে হবে।
  • একবার অর্ডার ডেলিভারির জন্য পাঠানো হলে ঠিকানা পরিবর্তন করা সম্ভব নয়।

১০. ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD) 

ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD) একটি পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি, যার মাধ্যমে গ্রাহক পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার পর নির্ধারিত মূল্য পরিশোধ করতে পারেন। এই পদ্ধতিতে অর্ডারকৃত পণ্যের জন্য পূর্বে বিকাশ, নগদ বা অন্য কোনো মাধ্যমে অগ্রিম অর্থ প্রদান করার প্রয়োজন নেই।

COD সংক্রান্ত শর্তাবলি:

• ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি পদ্ধতিতে প্রতি অর্ডারে সর্বোচ্চ ৩,০০০ টাকা পর্যন্ত পণ্য অর্ডার করা যাবে।
• ডেলিভারি সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পূর্বে পেমেন্ট না করে কোনো অবস্থাতেই প্যাকেট খোলা যাবে না।
• ডেলিভারির সময় প্যাকেট খোলা, ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা অস্বাভাবিক অবস্থায় পাওয়া গেলে অনুগ্রহ করে ডেলিভারি গ্রহণ করবেন না এবং তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে ডেলিভারি কর্মীকে অবহিত করুন।

• ঢাকার বাইরের অর্ডারের ক্ষেত্রে পণ্য গ্রাহকের নিকটবর্তী কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস শাখা অফিস থেকে সংগ্রহ করতে হতে পারে। এ বিষয়ে গ্রাহককে তার প্রদত্ত মোবাইল নম্বরের মাধ্যমে জানানো হবে।
• ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD) পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতিতে ক্রেডিট কার্ড বা ডেবিট কার্ড গ্রহণযোগ্য নয়।

১১. বিশেষ নোট

• Hearing Aids bd – মূলত মেডিক্যাল ও হেলথ-সংক্রান্ত পণ্য ও সেবা প্রদান করে। তাই কিছু পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন বা ডেলিভারি শর্ত ভিন্ন হতে পারে, যা সংশ্লিষ্ট পণ্যের বিবরণে উল্লেখ থাকবে। প্রয়োজেনে আমাদের রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড নীতিমালা দেখতে পারেন।
  • ডেলিভারি সংক্রান্ত যেকোনো সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণের ক্ষেত্রে Hearing Aids bd – এর সিদ্ধান্ত চূড়ান্ত বলে গণ্য হবে।

Delivery Policy

Hearing Aids bd – is committed to providing a transparent, reliable, and professional delivery service for our valued customers. Based on the nature of our products and services, the detailed delivery policy is outlined below. We kindly request you to read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Delivery Area

• Hearing Aids bd – delivers products to all districts across Bangladesh. 
• Delivery time may be slightly longer for certain remote or hard-to-reach areas.

2. Delivery Charges

• Inside Dhaka City: A fixed delivery charge will apply, which will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
• Outside Dhaka City: Delivery charges will be determined based on distance, product weight, and courier service rates.
• During special campaigns or promotional offers, delivery charges may be fully or partially waived.

3. Delivery Timeframe

• Inside Dhaka City: Delivery is usually completed within 5 working days.
• Outside Dhaka City: Delivery is usually completed within 10 working days.
• Delivery may be delayed due to public holidays, natural disasters, political unrest, or other unavoidable circumstances.

4. Order Processing

• Orders received before 12:00 PM are processed on the same working day.
• Orders received after 12:00 PM are processed on the next working day.
• Order processing remains closed on Fridays and public holidays.

5. Order Tracking

• Once an order is dispatched, customers may receive delivery and tracking updates via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
• Customers can also contact our customer support team to check the status of their order if needed.

6. Partial Delivery

• If an order contains multiple items (such as hearing aids, accessories, or customized products), items may be delivered separately if required.
• Customized or special-order products may require additional delivery time.

7. Product Verification at the Time of Delivery

• Customers are requested to check the package and product carefully at the time of delivery.
• If any product is found damaged, broken, or incorrect, please inform the delivery personnel immediately or contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery.

8. Delivery Failure

• If delivery fails due to the customer being unreachable, incorrect address information, or customer absence, the product may be returned to our office or warehouse.
• In such cases, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

9. Address Change

• Requests for delivery address changes must be made before dispatch of the order.
• Once an order has been dispatched, address changes will no longer be possible.

10. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is a payment method that allows customers to pay the product price after receiving the item. Under this method, no advance payment via bKash, Nagad, or any other payment channel is required.

COD Terms & Conditions:

• The maximum order value for Cash on Delivery is BDT 3,000 per order.
• Under no circumstances should the package be opened before completing the payment.
• If the package appears opened, damaged, or in an abnormal condition at the time of delivery, please do not accept the delivery and immediately inform the delivery personnel.
• For orders outside Dhaka, customers may be required to collect the product from the nearest courier service branch. Customers will be informed via their provided mobile number.
• Credit cards or debit cards are not accepted for Cash on Delivery (COD) payments.

11. Special Notes

• Hearing Aids bd – primarily provides medical and health-related products and services. Therefore, delivery or return conditions may vary for certain products, which will be clearly mentioned in the respective product descriptions. Customers are advised to review our Return and Refund Policy when necessary.
• In all matters related to delivery, the decision of Hearing Aids bd – shall be considered final.
